What are the delivery details?

Delivery by Australia Post of stocked items is up to 7 days - Click here for the latest from Aus Post - Items that require ordering from overseas take 3–4 weeks for VENOSAN, JOBST and JUZO, and 4–6 weeks for SIGVARIS.

Delivery is free on orders over $150 within Australia. Compression wraps and donning aids always have a $15 delivery charge, whatever the order value.

Can I get a rebate from my Private Health Provider?

In short, yes, you can. It's best to confirm this with your health provider to confirm the level of cover, excess charges and amount remaining.

We can issue a formal invoice at your request that you can take to your private healthcare for a rebate.

What is the status of my order?

We will send you a confirmation email once your order is placed – Please check your junk folder in case it ends up there.

In the unlikely situation, we have sold out of your item. We will notify you and order it from overseas, which takes 3–4 weeks for VENOSAN, JOBST and JUZO, and 4–6 weeks for SIGVARIS.

Can I amend or update my order?

We can only amend or update orders that have not been dispatched.

How long does it take to process and dispatch my order?

We will process your order within two business days, and it takes up to a week for it to arrive at your door (pending Australia Post – click here for the latest details).

Can I return an order?

Our returns and exchange rules:

• Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• For hygiene reasons, worn compression garments cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Unopened items in their original packaging can be exchanged (for example, for a different size) free of charge, or returned for a refund less a 25% restocking fee.
• Special-order items (made or ordered in specifically for you) cannot be exchanged, swapped or refunded once processed.
• Some sealed SIGVARIS products cannot be returned once the seal is opened – see our Refund Policy for the list.
• If the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item, we will replace or refund it at no cost to you.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. Unopened items in their original packaging can be exchanged free of charge within 14 days of delivery – for example, if you need a different size. Special-order items are excluded, and worn items cannot be exchanged.

To request an exchange, please let our online support team know which item you would like instead when preparing your return.

Are returns free?

Unless the product is incorrect or faulty, all return postage costs will be at your expense. We offer free postage (for orders over $150, excluding wraps and donning aids) within Australia; however, we do not pay for shipping on returns/exchanges.

How long does it take to process a return?

Returns are confirmed within seven business days of receiving the package at our warehouse.

Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within five business days of our team accepting your return.

How Long Should I Wear Compression Stockings Each Day?

Most clinicians recommend wearing medical compression stockings throughout waking hours, typically 8 to 14 hours per day. Put them on first thing in the morning before your legs begin to swell, and remove them before bed. For specific conditions such as lymphoedema or post-surgical recovery, your treating practitioner may recommend different wear schedules.

Caring for Your Compression Garments

To maintain the therapeutic compression level and extend garment life, hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle (30°C) with mild detergent. Avoid fabric softeners, bleach and tumble drying, as these degrade the elastic fibres. Air dry flat away from direct heat and sunlight. Most medical-grade garments maintain their compression properties for approximately 6 months with daily wear and proper care.

Are Compression Stockings Covered by Private Health Insurance?

In Australia, medical-grade compression garments may be partially covered by private health insurance under certain ancillary or extras policies. Some DVA (Department of Veterans' Affairs) cardholders may also be eligible for assistance. We recommend checking with your specific insurer regarding coverage for prescribed compression therapy. When Should I Replace My Compression Stockings?

Medical compression garments should be replaced every 3 to 6 months depending on frequency of use. Signs that indicate replacement is needed include visible loss of elasticity, sagging at the ankle, pilling of fabric, or the garments feeling noticeably looser than when new. Rotating between two pairs can extend individual garment life while ensuring continuous therapeutic benefit.
