Measure first thing in the morning, before your legs swell, with a soft tape on bare skin: the ankle at its narrowest point just above the ankle bone, and the calf at its widest point. Ankle decides the size; calf decides the width variant.

To use JOBST Bella LITE Arm Sleeve:
- Fold the arm sleeve on itself, from the top down. Note the positioning of the wide band. Insert hand.
- Gently pull the complete arm sleeve onto the elbow. The arm sleeve should now be positioned over the wrist and elbow portion of the arm.
- Gently pull the top of the arm sleeve up to its correct end position (the top of the arm).
- Smooth out any wrinkles or folds that may appear.
Optional: A donning aid may be used to help slide the sleeve over your hand.

How do I measure for JOBST compression stockings?
Measure your ankle circumference at the narrowest point, your calf at the widest point, and your leg length from the floor to the bend of your knee (for knee-high) or to your groin (for thigh-high). Measure first thing in the morning, when your legs are at their slimmest.
Can I claim compression stockings on my health insurance?
Yes! Most Australian private health funds cover compression stockings under their Extras/Ancillary benefits. We provide tax invoices with all orders suitable for health fund claims.
What compression class do I need?
Class 1 (15-21mmHg): Light support for tired, heavy legs, travel and long days on your feet. Class 2 (23-32mmHg): Firm support, the most commonly recommended class. How long do compression stockings last?
Compression stockings typically last 4-6 months with daily wear. We recommend having 2 pairs to rotate daily.
