The Compreflex Standard Thigh is an inelastic product that provides precise compression ranges of 18–46 mmHg thanks to the use of the Accutabs. The product is combined with a pair of Cotton Liners to protect the skin. A waist attachment, which fastens the product in place and prevents slipping, is included with the product.

Easy-to-use features include a built-in stretch panel that keeps the product in place before the straps are closed.
