How do I measure for Sigvaris compression stockings?
Measure your ankle circumference at the narrowest point, your calf at the widest point, and your leg length from the floor to the bend of your knee (for knee-high) or to your groin (for thigh-high). Measure first thing in the morning, when your legs are at their slimmest.
